  • New Homestead Exemption Application Rules Become Effective on September 1, 2011.

  • Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors, Wednesday, 9:00 a.m., January 11, 2012.
    • The Board of Directors of the Nueces County Appraisal District will hold a Regular Meeting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, in the Board Room, 201 N. Chaparral Street, Corpus Christi, Texas.
  • The Nueces County Appraisal District will be closed December 23 & 26, 2011, for the holiday season.
  • We are experiencing phone problems. If the phone system is busy, please call back later or email info@nuecescad.net.
  • The deadline to protest your notice is 30 days after it is mailed. Please email info@nuecescad.net if you have questions.
    • According to the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 1.07, Subsection (c), a notice sent using first-class mail "is presumed delivered when it is deposited in the mail". Please email info@nuecescad.net if you have any questions. We will respond shortly.
  • Are you interested in serving on the Nueces County Appraisal Review Board? Please click here for more information.
    • ARB appointments by the Nueces County Appraisal District Board of Directors are made annually, or to fill vacancies that occur occasionally during the year. Interested persons may submit an ARB application at any time to the Taxpayer Liaison Officer (TLO); however, appointments normally are made at the end of the year, or early in the new year.   • Residential photos and sketches removed in accordance with Senate Bill 541.
    • Effective as of Sept 1, 2005 the Nueces County Appraisal District Website will no longer display photographs and building sketches for all property. In accordance with Senate Bill 541, as passed by the Texas Legislature, information in appraisal records may not be posted on the Internet if the information is a photograph, sketch, or floor plan of an improvement to real property that is designed primarily for use as a human residence. Photographs and building sketches of property will still be available for viewing by the public at the NCAD Customer Service Area located at 201 N. Chaparral, Corpus Christi, Texas, during normal business hours.
